Tufve Nyholm is a professor in Radiation Physics at Umeå University. The main research area is integration of advanced imaging techniques such as MRI and PET in radiotherapy workflows, but also involved in several clinical research projects utilizing MR and MR/PET. Tufve Nyholm are heavily involved in national Swedish projects such Gentle Radiotherapy and The Swedish testbed for innovative radiotherapy and is currently the course director for the ESTRO course “Imaging for physicists”.

Joakim is a hospital physicist, specializing in radiotherapy. His main research interest is MR and PET/MR guided radiotherapy, and has been active in the field of MR-only radiotherapy. Within NONPI Medical and MICE Toolkit, he works with application development concerning image registration, radiotherapy applications and the visualizer. He also handles support, demos and courses.
